Alex Toth

Alex is a born and raised Cincinnatian. Most of his childhood he lived in Montgomery, Ohio. He went through Sycamore Schools and graduated class of 2000. From there he studied Architecture at Kent State University. He studied architecture, served 3 years in the U.S. Army, worked as a Carpenter for 6 years. He started his health journey about 6 years ago. The first health change he made was to change the quality of his water. This soon ignited a passion to help others through the most powerful way, providing people he cared about and the world with sustainable water options.

Alex and his lovely wife, Catherine, are expecting their first child in July. He also has an older brother and sister. They currently live in Blue Ash, Ohio

Alex is passionate about helping others achieve a better understanding of their health and to make simple choices towards a better legacy. He chooses to serve on the WHIF Board because he believes in helping shine the truth in the world. He says, “WHIF is doing the good work that has a positive direct impact on the health of others in need.”
Alex and Cat support and volunteer with the River Guardians of Ohio and Green Umbrella to provide a quality future for many generations.
Alex says, “It is a pleasure to be a part of this Initiative and help it to spread and grow”.

Women’s Health Initiatives Foundation is on a mission to empower women and guide them to the truth about natural options which can prevent, treat, and defeat cancer.
